Our Origins
Bardi & Matines de Brasse Ltd was founded in June 2020 in London, UK. From the very beginning, our company focused on strategic investments in Southern Europe, particularly through the acquisition of local businesses and hotels in partnership with trusted investors.
Growth Across Europe
Between 2020 and 2022, we built a strong network of specialized managers and sales representatives across five European countries, bringing together nearly 200 professionals and more than 1,800 businesses under management. This expansion laid the foundation for our reputation as a reliable investment partner.
Transition to Crypto Trading
During 2023, following increased clients demand for commission payments in cryptocurrency, BMB expanded into internal trading activities. Exclusively reserved for our associated investors, this initiative delivered consistent performance with gross annual profits around 65%.
Entering the Mining Industry
As of January 2024, BMB committed itself fully to cryptocurrency mining, specializing in Bitcoin and two other emerging digital assets. After successfully validating our own mining operations, we invested in the acquisition of spaces in mining farms in Canada and United States. Our goal is to offer secure, transparent, and profitable mining solutions to a wider audience, particularly across Southern Europe.
Unlike many competitors who promise unrealistic returns, BMB has developed a responsible investment model, guaranteeing net annual returns between 16% and 22%. The appreciation of cryptocurrencies is left to the investor’s vision, though we share a strong belief in long-term growth — with forecasts of over 150% increase in value in the coming years.
Expansion in Europe
In 2025, BMB acquired Vitalboost LDA, a Portuguese company, becoming its 95% shareholder. This strategic move reinforced our European presence and enabled us to support investment volumes exceeding €100 million.
To support a machinery fleet valued at over $100 million in 2024 and in the years to come, this acquisition ensures both financial strength and operational scalability.
Future Vision
Looking ahead, BMB plans to transform into a full cryptocurrency exchange by 2026, comparable to leading platforms like Binance. This will give investors full control over their wallets, whether cold or hot storage. By 2027, BMB aims for a landmark achievement: an IPO on the NASDAQ, symbolizing our ambition to become a global leader in digital asset investment and mining
